Chicken Bow (Wishbone)

Wishbone has become a common tradition at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter dinners. The general rule of thumb is that the keel is removed from the turkey or chicken and dried overnight. The next day, two people break it by making a wish. Each pulls one end with a little finger. After the bone is broken, the wish of the one with the larger piece will be granted.
