Symbol appearance

The third eye chakra is represented by a lotus flower with two white petals. Often we can find letters in the images of the chakras: the letter “ham” (हं) is written on the left petal and represents Shiva, and the letter “ksham” (क्षं) is written on the right petal and represents Shakti.

The downward triangle represents the knowledge and lessons of the six lower chakras, which are accumulating and constantly expanding.

Chakra function

Ajna translates to "authority" or "command" (or "perception") and is considered the eye of intuition and intellect. He controls the work of other chakras. The sense organ associated with this chakra is the brain. This chakra is a connecting bridge with another person, allowing the mind to communicate between two people. Ajna meditation supposedly gives you siddhi or occult forces that allow you to enter another body.

Chakra - Some Basic Explanations

The very word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means circle or circle ... Chakra is part of the esoteric theories about physiology and psychic centers that appeared in Eastern traditions (Buddhism, Hinduism). The theory assumes that human life exists simultaneously in two parallel dimensions: one "physical body", and another "psychological, emotional, mental, non-physical", called "Thin body" .

This subtle body is energy, and the physical body is mass. The plane of the psyche or mind corresponds to and interacts with the plane of the body, and the theory is that mind and body influence each other. The subtle body is made up of nadis (energy channels) connected by nodes of psychic energy known as chakra.
