Ultraviolet tattoos

Today we'll talk about one of the most controversial phenomena in tattoo art - ultraviolet tattoos.

Compared to other types of body painting, this is one of the most innovative, on the one hand, and risky, on the other, ways to decorate your body.

Of course, the club culture influenced the idea of creating tattoos that would be visible only in the dark and in the absence of lighting. If it is still not clear what it is about: an ultraviolet tattoo is applied with a special paint that not visible in normal lighting, but manifests itself only in its absence.

Let's say right away that this direction has its opponents, so in this article we will try to disassemble the key advantages and disadvantages of UV tattoos.

Pros:

  1. First, ultraviolet tattoos are definitely unusual and creative... At almost any party, you can stand out and be noticed.
  2. Of course, invisible tattoos that appear at night are a good way out for office workers who are flogged for piercings and tattoos.

Cons:

    1. Not many people are familiar with this direction of tattoo, so even in a nightclub, such a decoration can look like a cheap translator or a one-time drawing with luminescent paint.
    2. The main disadvantage is the possible harm of such a tattoo to the skin. The UV pattern is applied with a special pigment, which, according to research, can lead to serious allergies, inflammation and even skin cancer.

Therefore, few masters agree to do this kind of work. Nevertheless, progress does not stand still, and today new types of dyes appear, which are less harmful to the skin.

  1. Another disadvantage is the price. UV paint is much more expensive than usual, so this type of work can cost you a pretty penny.

Well, it remains to wish you to treat your body reasonably and not sacrifice it for the sake of art.
