The most famous tattoos in movies

In real life, tattoos tell us something about our history. Similarly I tattoos in movies they are a tool to tell a character, make us guess at a glance who they are, positive or negative characters, whether they have a difficult past or not, and so on. Therefore, there are many films about cinematography in which some of the tattoos have become real icons. Let's take a look at some of the most famous together:

The Hangover 2 - (2011)

Based on the novel of the same name, this film offered us one of the most popular tattoos at the moment, namely the flying birds that the main character, Beatrice, has on his shoulder.

Quatro's back tattoo is also very interesting, the character that supports Tris (Beatrice) in the film is a mixture of futuristic and tribal style.

Desperate - (1995)

Set in Mexico, Despair is a film that focuses on revenge.

The character with the most obvious tattoos is played by Danny Trejo, who plays very experienced (and very angry) navajas in the film.

Death Runs Down the River - (1955)

Based on the novel of the same name by Davis Grubb, filmed in a little over a month and known for its extraordinary black and white photography, maniacal manipulation.

The action takes place in the 30s, at a time when tattoos, of course, were not the work of gentlemen, but this is not a problem, because the main character is not quite an angel ...

Men Who Hate Women - (2011)

A headline movie based on the novel by Stig Larsson.

The main character Lisbeth Salander (Rooney Mara) has a tattoo on her back, from which the book and film in English got their name: Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Memento - (2000)

Among the most famous cinematic tattoos of all time, it is impossible not to mention the Memento tattoo, where the protagonist Leonard (played by Guy Pearce) has a very serious memory problem. Therefore, he decides to leave messages on his skin by tattooing them.
