Eye Tattoo - Eyeliner & Eyelashes

When we talk about “tattooed eyes,” we mean a special micropigmentation procedure performed in the eye area. In particular, this treatment aims to create a semi-permanent result, which is usually achieved by applying a line of eyeliner to the eyelids or using a makeup pencil on the lower part of the eyes.

Purpose of eye tattoo

It is advisable to define the twofold goal of treating eye micropigmentation. On the one hand, it is simply aimed at recreating everyday makeup in a more lasting form, but on the other hand, it allows for real shape correction. Problems such as eye asymmetry, excessive or too small distance between them, eye size disproportionate to the rest of the face, etc., can be successfully corrected by performing the micropigmentation procedure with the hands of experienced professionals. In fact, there are a number of parameters and precautions that need to be followed when performing such treatment in order to actually alter the optical perception of the face. Needless to say, only those with the correct training process behind them will know which technique to apply and how to put it into practice to get the desired result.

When both of the aforementioned goals are achieved, that is, creating eye makeup that is as long-lasting as it is corrective, it is easy to see why more and more people are interested in undergoing this type of treatment. Those who are used to making eyeliner with makeup every morning, very often simply cannot see themselves without it. On the other hand, it is not always said that you have time to do it every day, or that every time the lines are perfect, as you hope. Not to mention those situations in which the liner inevitably melts, for example, after swimming in the sea or during a good sweating in the gym. With micropigmentation of the eyes, it all disappears. In the morning, as soon as you wake up, you already have perfect eye makeup and there is neither the sea nor the gym, and in the evening the makeup will always be as if nothing had happened.

Different times for permanent eye makeup

Two very frequently asked questions related to the timing of this type of treatment concern the time it takes to deliver the treatment and its duration over several months.

There are no unambiguous and universal answers to both questions. As for the time required to complete the processing, in fact, the experience of the technician plays a significant role, as well as the specific type of result that should be obtained (for example, a more or less thin line, more or less elongated, etc.). In general, this is not a very long process, usually from half an hour to an hour, even with the small size of the treated area.

On the other hand, the duration of the result without retouching is about three years. However, if you want to keep it longer, it is enough to go through a retouching session every 12-14 months to restore it again.
